I wanted to send a huge thank you to you and your team for not only organising our trip to Scandinavia but performing miracles to get us over there when I "misplaced" our passports. Your whole team went above and beyond my expectations. From the beginning I asked you why would people still use travel agents, when booking on line is relatively easy. Well this has just answered my question. Your customer service was with us from the moment we enquired about tickets to the time we landed safely home. That is not only ensuring and comforting to know but in this instance it was your service that took away the stress and possibly saved my relationship when I had to say, "Shane, I don't have our passports." So a huge thank you to you and all of your team at Turtle Travel, for what was the most memorable, amazing, relaxed and effortless holiday I have had yet.

Our Specialist AFL Football Program has used Turtle Travel for the last 10 years in organising our annual footy trips to Melbourne and Adelaide.
